Try making wallboard with gypsum. That stuff changes all the time. Just like Quantum Mechanics, you only know where you have been, not where you are at or where you are going,
(I really did not mean for that to sound like some little green guy at the end)
I don’t know what’s worse: that I know how gypsum behaves, or that I get the quote
